• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is a financial service consisting in granting and servicing a loan: 1) investment, long-term, PLN in the amount of PLN 88,730,000.00, 2) short-term, revolving, PLN up to PLN 20,407,900.00 2. Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The subject of the order was divided into two tasks: Task No. 1 - Granting and servicing a long-term investment loan in PLN in the amount of up to PLN 88,730,000.00 (in words: eighty-eight million seven hundred and thirty thousand 00/100) intended for the tasks entitled: "Purchase of zero-emission buses with charging infrastructure for Miejskie Zakład Komunikacyjny sp. z o. o. in Jelenia Góra". A detailed description of the subject of the order has been included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Task No. 2 - granting and servicing a short-term working capital loan in PLN up to the amount of PLN 20,407,900.00 (in words: twenty million four hundred seven thousand nine hundred 00/100) intended to finance the tax VAT resulting from invoices issued by those selected in the proceedings for public procurement of contractors of individual projects implemented in the project entitled: "Purchase of zero-emission buses along with their charging infrastructure for the Municipal Zakład Komunikacyjny sp. z o. o. in Jelenia Góra.” A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
