Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the granting and service of a long -term bank loan of PLN 19,815 452.00 (in words: nineteen million eight hundred and fifteen thousand four hundred fifty -two zlotys) to finance the planned budget deficit of the Kosakowo commune budget in 2025 in accordance with the resolution No to take out a long -term loan and in accordance with Resolution No. XVI/84/2024 of the Kosakowo Commune Council of December 20, 2024 on enlistment long -term loan, i.e.
Loading of the loan means the day of receipt of funds on the contracting authority's account. The deadline for launching a loan is a criterion for evaluation of offers.
