Description:
1. The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term bank loan
in the amount of PLN 3,900,000.00 (in words: three million nine hundred thousand zlotys) to finance the planned budget deficit of the Kosakowo Commune in 2025 in accordance with Resolution No. XXXV/204/2025 of the Kosakowo Commune Council of October 3, 2025 regarding the adoption of the Kosakowo Commune Budget for 2025 and the authorization contained therein to take out a long-term loan and in accordance with Resolution No. XXXV/203/2025 of the Kosakowo Commune Council of October 3, 2025 on taking out a long-term loan i.e.:
The loan is released on the day the funds are credited to the ordering party's account. The loan disbursement date is the criterion for evaluating offers.
2.Credit long-term loan cannot be charged with fees other than interest and the bank's margin.
3. After the grace period, the loan will be repaid on the last day of the quarter, starting from March 31, 2030 to December 31, 2033. If the loan or interest repayment date falls on a non-working day, repayment will be made on the first business day after that date. However, it should be taken into account that this is a maximum period and early repayment is possible.
