Description:
1. The subject of the contract is "granting and servicing a long -term bank loan in the amount of PLN 3,945,164.71 for the Susz commune" for financing the planned deficit PLN 3 945 164.71.
2. The bank's tranches will take place by 30/12/2025 at the request of the Employer. The bank will pay a loan within 3 days of signing the contract.
3. Polish zloty loan (PLN).
4. NEW Codes regarding the subject of the order specified in the CPV common order dictionary: 66113000-5 loan granting services.
5. Capital repayment in 2026-2035 from 31.01.2026 (last installment 31/12/2035).
6. Capital will be paid in a monthly period, at the end of each month.
