Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to grant a long -term loan in the amount of PLN 8,400,000.00 for financing the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 5,965,000.00 and for the repayment of loans and loans from previous years in the amount of PLN 2,435,000.00.
2. Details of granting and repayment loan:
1) The loan will be launched in tranches based on the written instructions of the Ordering Party:
- and the tranche in the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00 by 31/10/2025,
- II tranche in the amount of PLN 4,000,000.00 by 30/11/2025,
- III tranche in the amount of PLN 1,400,000.00 by date 30.12.2025,
2) The Purchaser reserves the right to change the purpose of the loan, the amount of tranches and the date of their transfer, and not using or resigning from all or part of the loan.
3) Loan currency: Polish zloty (PLN).
4) Planned loan period - from 31.10.2025 to 25/09/2040 with a grace period for repayment of capital installments by 25.01.2031.
5) the method of repayment of capital installments - on a monthly period, for the 25th day of the month, starting from the month of January 2031 in the following heights:
a) in the years 2031 - 2032 in 24 equal installments of PLN 30,000.00,
b) in the years 2033 - 2034 in 24 equal installments of PLN 40,000.00,
c) in the years 2035 - 2036 in 24 equal installments in the amount of PLN 50,000.00,
d) in the years 2037 - 2039 in 36 equal installments of PLN 100,000.00,
e) from January 2040 to August 2040 in 8 equal installments in the amount of PLN 200,000.00,
