2. The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term bank loan with the following characteristics: 1) Loan amount PLN 3,000,000.00 (in words: three million zlotys). 2) Loan currency: Polish zloty. 3) Purpose - financing the planned budget deficit of the Opole Lubelskie Commune and repayment previously incurred obligations.4) The loan is secured by a blank promissory note signed by the Mayor together with a declaration of bills of exchange signed by the Mayor and countersigned by the Treasurer.5) The Ordering Party does not allow additional security for the loan in the form of submitting a declaration of surrender. execution under Art. 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure.6) Deadline for disbursing the loan: on the date indicated by the Contractor in the offer, but no later than within 3 days from the date of the Ordering Party's order to disburse the loan.7) Deadline for using the loan by the Ordering Party - until December 30, 2025 r.8) The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the full amount of the loan granted.
