Description:
The subject of the order are services consisting in granting and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,300,000 for the repayment of previously incurred credits and loans. Loan period: from the date of conclusion of the contract until August 31, 2035. Credit utilization date: from conclusion of the contract by December 31, 2025. Repayment of capital in the following installments and dates: a) 2026, 4 installments of PLN 15,000.00 per month, payable by the end of each month, b) years 2027-2034 - 8 years times 12 installments in each year of PLN 22,000.00 per month, payable by the end of each month, c) 2035 - 8 installments of PLN 16,000.00 each, payable by the end of each month. Monthly interest payment, on the last day of each month, based on a notification from the bank about the amount of accrued interest within 7 days before the payment date. The starting date for interest repayment is December 31, 2025. Interest will be calculated according to the WIBOR 1M rate determined as the rate on the last day of the month preceding the month for which interest is calculated and published by the Bank at the end of each period; the interest rate will change on a monthly basis in the event of a change in the rate. WIBOR 1 M increased by the bank's margin. The loan interest rate constitutes the loan servicing costs. The Ordering Party reserves the right to repay all or part of the loan early, without the bank collecting the remaining interest and additional fees and commissions related to the loan service.
