Description:
1. The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term bank loan in the total amount of PLN 10,000,000.00 (ten million zlotys) with a repayment date from June 30, 2033 to November 30, 2038 to finance the planned deficit in the amount of PLN 7,500,000 and repayment earlier liabilities incurred in 2025 in the amount of PLN 2,500,000.
2. The loan will be granted and settled in Polish zlotys (PLN).
3.The contractor will put up to loan at the Ordering Party's disposal on the day of signing the loan agreement. The loan will be disbursed once on the day the loan agreement is signed Bill Dębnica Kaszubska Commune, no later than on the next business day from the date of signing the contract.
4. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the entire credit granted without incurring additional commissions and fees on this account.
5. The loan will be repaid in 12 installments.
6. In case the loan is repaid before the repayment date, interest will be calculated until the day before the loan repayment date, and not until the end of the contract period.
7. Interest payable quarterly on the actual debt, in accordance with the schedule specified in the loan agreement.
8.Interest cannot be capitalized.
9.Contractor will not charge any fees and commissions related to granting, insuring and servicing the loan.
10.The loan interest rate will be variable, equal to the sum of WIBOR 3M + m, where m is the bank's fixed margin that does not change during the term of the contract. WIBOR 3M will be taken from last one d...
