Description:
Granting and servicing a long -term bank loan in a total amount of PLN 7,500,000.00 (in words: seven million five hundred thousand zlotys) with a repayment date from 2026 to 2034 to finance the repayment of previously incurred liabilities due to loans of PLN 5,725,000.00 and financing planned deficit of PLN 1,775,000.00, with the possibility of using a smaller loan amount by 25%. Details of the order are included in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ). Planned loan launch date: 01.11.2025. WIBOR 3M should be accepted for acceptance of the offer from 09 2025, i.e. 5.21% p.
