- 1. The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 1,800,000.00 (in words: one million eight hundred thousand zlotys), including: to finance the planned budget deficit of PLN 688,630.48; to repay previously incurred liabilities loans and credits taken out 1,111,369.52 z.2. The loan will be disbursed in one tranche upon the borrower's written instruction in the form of a transfer to the borrower's current account, within 3 business days from the date of signing the agreement, no later than December 22, 2025. 3. Grace period for loan repayment from the date the loan is made available until March 31, 20264. Loan period: from the date of signing the loan agreement until December 31, 20345. The capital will be repaid in 36 quarterly periods, at the end of each quarter: a. In the amount of PLN 50,000.00 with each installment, from March 31, 2026 to December 31, 20346. Interest on the loan will be payable monthly, on the last day of the month. 7. The loan interest rate will be variable and calculated based on the bank deposit interest rate WIBOR 1M increased by the bank's constant margin during the loan period. 8.
