Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the granting and service of a long -term loan in the amount of PLN 6,765,065, in accordance with the resolution of the Poviat Council in Prudnik No. XVI/13/2025 of March 27, 2025.
2. Basic credit data:
1) type of transaction: granting and servicing a long -term loan;
2) Amount and currency Loan: 6.765.065 - PLN, launched according to the borrower's disposal in the period from the date of signing the contract to 31.12.2025.
In order to calculate the value of the order, the following dates for launching the loan are assumed for the needs of comparison:
a) September 30 PLN 2,000,000;
b) October 31 PLN 2,000,000;
c) November 30 PLN 2,765,065.;
- The actual date of launching the loan may change.
3) Loan period: until 31.12.2034.
4) the loan will be repaired from the poviat income obtained from European funds, participation in personal income tax and from general subsidy with state budget, as follows:
(11 installments after PLN 257,549, 12 installments- PLN 257,544);
per year (11 installments after PLN 38,276, 12 installments- PLN 38,274);
per year (12 installments after PLN 38,276)
- paid on the last day calendar of a given month.
