Description:
1. The subject of the order is to grant and service a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 1,000,000.00 to cover the planned budget deficit. 2. Currency: PLN. 3. Loan interest rate based on a variable rate, equal to the WIBOR rate for 3-month deposits, determined as the arithmetic average rate of month preceding the interest period increased by the bank's fixed margin. The interest period covers the period of a calendar quarter. For comparative purposes, the offer should be based on WIBOR 3M of November 26, 2025, with a value of 4.22%, rounded to two decimal places. 4. Loan servicing costs include only interest loan without charging a preparation and loan processing fee and other additional fees, in accordance with the loan repayment schedule with interest attached to the SWZ. 5. Date of making the loan available within three days from the date of signing the contract by transferring funds to the current account commune budget. 6. The borrower will repay the loan together with interest by December 28, 2029 in 20 quarterly installments (i.e. one interest installment and 20 capital and interest installments), in accordance with the attached capital installment repayment schedule together with interest...
