Description:
1. The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 1,410,000.00 (in words: one million four hundred and ten thousand zlotys 00/100).2. Detailed description of the subject of the order: 1) Loan period: 2026-2030 2) The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with loan funds in full amount, on December 23, 2025, which date is only an indicative date provided for the purposes of this order in order to uniformly calculate the price for all Contractors. The actual launch may take place earlier, i.e. in the period until December 23, 2025 or later until December 31, 2025 r.3) The entire loan will be disbursed by the Contractor in one tranche. 4) The loan will be used in Polish currency. 5) The Ordering Party reserves the right to early repayment of part of the loan or the entire loan within the period specified by the Ordering Party, provided that it gives prior written notice. Contractors, no later than 7 days before the date of earlier repayment, will repay the entire amount or part of the loan.
