Description:
The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 1,600,000.00 for the City of Askarzew for the purpose of repaying previously incurred liabilities arising from credits and loans.1. Detailed requirements related to the subject of the order: 1) settlements between the Ordering Party a the Contractor will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN),2) the loan interest rate will be variable, calculated for each quarterly interest period based on the arithmetic average of the WIBOR 3M rate for deposits increased by the bank's margin, constant during the loan period,3) the WIBOR 3M rate changes in the calendar cycle quarterly and for the purposes of order execution, the value as of the last business day of the month preceding the next period will be adopted, 4) in the event of liquidation of the WIBOR 3M rate, it will be, by agreement of the Parties, converted into a rate that will replace the WIBOR 3M rate, or into a rate most similar to in size and nature up to the WIBOR 3M rate, without costs charged to the Ordering Party, 5) interest will be charged for the actual number of days of using the loan, assuming that the year consists of 365/366 days, from the date of the debt arising from granted...
