Description:
1.1. Detailed description of the subject of the order: a) Loan granted in one tranche) Loan currency: Polish zloty (PLN). c) Repayment period: years 2026-2035. d) Grace period in capital repayment until March 20, 2026. e) Capital repayment from the expiry of the grace period, i.e. from March 20, 2026 to November 20, 2035, in accordance with with the schedule constituting Appendix 4. f) Interest payment on a monthly basis, at the end of each month, based on the notification sent by the Bank. The Bank may provide preliminary information by electronic means within 7 days before the interest payment date.g) No grace period for repayment is allowed. interest on the loan taken.h) If the due date for repayment of the loan installment or interest falls on a non-working day, the first working day thereafter is considered to be the due date.i) The contractor's only remuneration is the loan interest.
