Description:
The subject of the contract is the granting and service of a long -term loan of PLN 2,615,000.00 (in words: two million six hundred and fifteen thousand zlotys 00/100) for the financing of the planned deficit of the Hyżne Commune deficit created in connection with the implementation of investment tasks in the amountPLN 2,400,000.00 and repayment of previously made liabilities in the amount of PLN 215,000.00.
1) The contracting authority reserves the right to not use the loan in full without the need to pay interest and other charges. Interest, commissions and other bank fees will be calculated only on the used onesLoan amounts.
2) The loan will be repaid in 2026 - 2035, in quarterly installments paid on the last calendar day of each quarter.
3) For the purposes of preparing the valuation of the offer, contractors participating in this proceeding will take the WIBOR 1M rate of 31 May 2025 in the amount of 5.34%.
4) The Purchaser reserves that the loan that is the subject of the contract may not be associated with any additional costs, e.g. from other bank fees, margins, commissions, etc. In the entire loan period
5) Characteristics of the subject of the contract:
a) loan currency PLN
b) loan amount: PLN 2,615,000.00
c) Loan period: from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2035
