SHOULD DESCRIPTION OF THE COLLECTION: 1) The subject of the fall is to grant the commune of Sobtka a dottermin loan in the high of 2,700,000.00 with (sow: two million seven hundred thousand zotych) to finance the investment task Reconstruction of Nasawicka Street in Rków consisting in the replacement of the road surface, construction of a part of the pavement and the reconstruction of the existing rainwater sewage system. 2. Granting a loan in 2022 in a high amount of 100,000.00 with in 1 tranche by December 29, 2022 and in 2023 in the amount of 2,600,000, -Z in a maximum number of 5 tranches within 10.02.2023. 700,000, -Z, until 10/05/2023 400,000, -Z, until 10/06/2023 500,000,-Z, until 10/07/2023 300,000, -Z, until 10/08/2023 700,000, -Z., 3. Specifying date The loan will be available to the Ordering Party through Zoen by the ordering written demand for the family. The loan tranche will be transferred by the bank to the bank account of the Ordering Party indicated in the loan agreement within 3 days from the date of receipt of the written demand for the family.
