Description:
The subject of the order is to take out a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,856,000.00 (two million eight hundred fifty-six thousand zlotys) in Polish currency, intended to finance the planned deficit of a local government unit.
The loan agreement will be prepared byez the Contractor whose offer is deemed the most advantageous, at his expense in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and all reservations included in the SWZ - (a template of the contract should be attached to the offer).
The loan will be disbursed in two tranches, the first tranche in the amount of PLN 1,428,000 by day 11.12/2023, the second tranche in the amount of PLN 1,428,000 by December 20, 2023 at the written request of the Ordering Party.
The loan will be transferred to the account indicated by the Ordering Party.
The loan will be repaid in equal 120 monthly installments of PLN 23,800.00 each, payable by the 20th day of each monthi.e. the first installment by January 20, 2024 and the last 120th installment by December 20, 2033.
