- The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan to the Szczytna Commune in the amount of up to PLN 3,339,441.33.1) Intended use of the loan: the loan will be used to repay previously incurred liabilities and to finance the planned deficit. 2) The loan will be disbursed on a non-cash basis by implementing the Ordering Party's instructions. The disbursement of funds will be adjusted to current financial needs. 3) The deadline for using the loan is December 30, 2025. 4) The loan interest rate is based on the variable WIBOR 3M base rate determined on the last day of the month preceding the period interest rate increased by the bank's fixed margin.5) The Ordering Party does not provide for a commission on granting the loan.6) The interest rate for each interest period will be determined based on the current WIBOR 3M rates determined on the last day of the month preceding the interest period. 7) The bank will only calculate interest from the paid loan tranches. 8) Loan period from 2025 to 2033. 9) The Ordering Party reserves the right to extend the loan period during the execution of the contract. 10) The loan will be repaid in equal monthly installments in 2026 2...
