Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the granting and service of a long -term loan in the amount of PLN 4,100,000.00 (in words: four million one hundred thousand 00/100 PLN) to finance the planned deficit and repayment of previously incurred loans liabilities
and loans.
2. Qualitative ones to all important features of the subject of the contract:
1) provisions regarding the order of the Employer.
The Contractor sets the borrower with the funds in the period from the date of signing the contract (but not earlier than after the contracting authority established legal collateral loan) until 31.12.2025.
2) resolutions in the field of launch.
a) The loan will be launched within three business days from the date of submission of the instruction.
b) the loan will be used as intended and up to the amount of the loan in non -cash, through the implementation of the instruction
In Credit account weight.
c) The final launch of the loan will take place no later than 31.12.2025.
d) The payment of funds from the loan will take place to the account of the Głogowek Commune.
3) resolutions in the scope of repayments.
