Description:
The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in 2025 in the amount of PLN 650,000.00. The amount of the bank loan granted: in the amount of PLN 650,000.00 (in words: six hundred and fifty thousand zlotys 00/100). The loan will be disbursed based on the Ordering Party's instructions. Amount and start date loan, necessary to prepare comparable offers: - December 22, 2025 - in the amount of PLN 650,000.00, the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the amount of the loan disbursed and the launch date without incurring additional fees and commissions. Method of disbursing funds from a loan - to a bank account ordering party no. 53 8404 0006 2002 0010 3105 0001 in Bank Sdzielczy Ziemi Kaliskiej. The loan interest rate will be based on the variable interest rate WIBOR 3M and the bank's fixed margin rate during the period of validity of the contract proposed by the Contractor. The Contractor is not entitled to charge and collect any additional fees and commissions on the loan. Loan period - until June 30, 2032.
