Description:
The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 8,000,000.00 intended to finance the planned deficit in 2025 in connection with the implementation of investment tasks in the commune and to repay previously incurred liabilities arising from loans due in 2025.
Purpose of the loan and authorization to take out a loan in accordance with the Budget Resolution of the Łososina Dolna Commune for 2025 No. 82/XI/2024 of the Łososina Dolna Commune Council of December 20, 2024, as amended.
Requirements (quality criteria):
1)Period lending - from the date of signing the contract until September 30, 2034.
2) expected loan, possibility of drawing in tranches from the date of signing the contract until December 31, 2025.
3) Grace period for loan repayment - until March 30, 2031,
4) The loan will be disbursed based on a written instruction submitted to the Contractor. Instructions may be submitted in paper form or electronically to the e-mail address indicated in the contract.
5) The loan must be disbursed on the day following the day on which the instruction to disburse the loan is submitted and the funds are transferred by the Contractor to the Ordering Party's account indicated in the contract.
6) Settlements between the Ordering Party and the Contractor will be made in PLN,
7) The loan will be repaid in 16 installments in the period from March 31, 2031 to September 30, 2034, in accordance with the schedule for taking out and repaying the loan in the amount of PLN 8,000,000.00.
