Description:
The subject of the order is "Granting and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 8,150,000.00 for the repayment of previously incurred liabilities". The Contractor will grant the Ordering Party a loan in Polish currency in 2025 in the amount of up to PLN 8,150,000.00 (in words: eight million one hundred fifty thousand PLN 0/100) on the terms specified in the contract. The Ordering Party will use the funds from the loan to repay previously incurred liabilities under credits and loans in the amount of PLN 8,150,000.00.
