Description:
1) Description of the subject of the order: the subject of the order is the granting and banking services of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 900,000.00 (in words: nine hundred thousand zlotys) intended to finance previously incurred credit and loan liabilities and to finance the planned budget deficit. 2) The loan will be made available within the period specified by the Contractor in the criterion: loan disbursement time from the date of submission of the instruction, counting from the date of conclusion of the contract. a) The loan should be made available to the Ordering Party by December 18, 2025. 3) Type of loan currency: PLN loan. Not allowed possibility of making settlements in foreign currencies. 4) The loan interest rate consists of a margin and the WIBOR 1M rate a) the margin based on the rate indicated by the contractor in the offer form constituting Appendix No. 1 to this ToR will be constant throughout the loan repayment period, b) interest rate base (WIBOR 1M) may be subject to change. c) commissions
