Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the public procurement is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 916,360.96 to repay previously taken out loans in the amount of PLN 722,800.96 and loans in the amount of PLN 193,560.00., , 2. Detailed data: , a) Loan period from the date of signatureexecution of the contract by December 31, 2033, b) Loan disbursement within 7 days of submitting the application by the Ordering Party, 3 days in advance, c) Loan repayment quarterly, with the first repayment by March 31, 2024. , d) If the loan repayment date falls on a holidayfrom work, the Ordering Party undertakes to pay the required installment on the first business day following the set repayment date, e) The Ordering Party does not provide for any commission in connection with the processing, preparation and granting of the loan, f) The possibility of early repayment of all or part of the loan without incurring additional commissionsz oo and fees, g) The contractor's margin cannot be increased during the duration of the current contract, h) Loan security - blank bill of exchange, i) Reduction of the loan amount in the event of an unforeseen increase in the municipality's budget revenues, without incurring additional costs by the Ordering Party. ..
