Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service of granting and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 5,500,000.00 (five million five hundred thousand zlotys 00/100) intended to cover the planned budget deficit in 2023.

3.Quality requirements of the main elements of the subject of the order:
1) Loan amount: PLN 5,500,000.00.
2) Loan currency: PLN.
3) Planned loan launch: December 2023.
4) Final loan disbursement date: December 28, 2023.
5) The loan will be launched on the date of signing the contract. Orderthe contracting authority determines that the loan will be paid in tranches (maximum 3 tranches), at the request of the Ordering Party within the deadline specified by the Contractor in the submitted offer, provided that the minimum payment date for each loan tranche is 3 business days, and the maximum payment date for each tranche isloan within 5 business days, in accordance with the adopted offer evaluation criterion "Date of loan tranche payment". If the Contractor offers a deadline below the agreed minimum or above the agreed maximum, the offer will be rejected as inconsistent with the content of the SWZ).
6) On the date of signing the contract, Exec.ca will submit a loan repayment schedule to the Ordering Party for approval, taking into account all the requirements specified in the SWZ.
7) Loan period: from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2040.
8) The loan will be repaid in 68 quarterly installments, including:
