Description:
1) The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 900,000.00 intended to repay the planned budget deficit and previously incurred credit and loan liabilities. 2) It will be possible to repay the loan early without additional commissions and fees, interest charged until the loan repayment date.3) The loan will be disbursed by the Bank by December 31, 2025.4) Interest rate: variable and determined on the basis of the Wibor base rate for 3M deposits quoted 2 business days before the beginning of each subsequent three-month period of repayment of the principal and interest installment. Spata will be based on the notification sent by the bank.5) The contractor is obliged to calculate and provide in the offer only two rates as follows: a) Loan interest rate in relation to the Wibor 3M interest rate at the rate as of November 25, 2025.
