The subject of the order is the following services: Granting and servicing a long-term loan to finance the planned budget deficit in 2025 in the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00.
"Granting and servicing a long-term loan to finance the planned budget deficit in 2025 in the amount of: PLN 3,000,000.00.
1. The subject of the order is the following services: Granting and servicing a long-term loan to finance the planned budget deficit in 2025 in the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00.
2. The loan will be repaid quarterly from the own budget of the Rajcza Commune, starting from March 31, 2026 to June 30, 2037, with a grace period for repayment of loan installments in 2030 and 2031, taking into account in the budget plans for 2026-2037 including repayment.
3.Availability of loan in 1 tranche:
•PLN 3,000,000.00 launch date on the day of signing the agreement with the lender
4.Staking funds on the Ordering Party's written request to release a tranche, by transfer to the indicated bank account of the Ordering Party.
5. Type of loan currency PLN loan.
6. The loan will be collected from the date of signing the contract.
7. Repayment period: from March 31, 2026 to June 30, 2037 - according to the installment repayment schedule constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
8. Loan repayment: the loan will be repaid in 38 installments according to the loan installment repayment schedule (Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ).
9. Installment repayment dates by the last day of a given month of the quarter according to the schedule (Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ).
