1. Description of the subject of the contract
1.1. The subject of the contract is the granting and service of the loanlong -term in the amount of up to PLN 5,756,000.00 (in words: five million seven hundred fifty -six thousand zlotys and 00/100) for financing the planned budget deficit and to cover financial obligations planned in the expenses of the budget of the Tomice commune for the year2025.
1.2. The setting of the subject of the contract was compact in Chapter IV of SWZ Mon. Description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ" and chapter III SWZ pn. Planned provisions of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "PPU".
2. Method of loan:
2.1 The Contractor shall transfer to the basic account of the budgetTomice communes in 2025, the amount of the loan is not more than: PLN 5,756,000.00 (in words: five million seven hundred fifty six thousand zlotys and 00/100).
2.2 The contracting authority reserves the right to take a loan in an amount lower than fixed fees and commission for the contractor.
3.Loan repayment and interest repayment period:
3.1 Long -term loan of up to PLN 5,756,000.00 (in words: five million seven hundred and fifty -six thousand zlotys and 00/100) will be made available in 2025, from the date of signing the contract with the bank.2027 - 2034 in quarterly periods in accordance with the attached schedule constituting Annex 1 to OPZ, on the last business day of a given quarter.
3.3 The repayment of the first capital installment will take place no later than31.03....
