The subject of the contract is granting and servicing a long -term loan of up to PLN 9,500,000.00 (in words: nine millions of five hundred thousand zlotys 00/100)
for the financing of the planned budget deficit and to cover financial obligations planned for the budget of the Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce commune for 2025.
2.1 Loan of loan:
The contractor will transfer to the basic account of the budget Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce communes in 2025, the loan amount not more than PLN 9,500,000.00 (in words: nine million five hundred thousand and 00/100).
2.2 Credit repayment and interest:
2.2.1 Long -term Credit of up to PLN 9,500,000.00 (in words: nine million five hundred thousand zlotys I 00/100) will be made available in 2025, from the date of signing the contract with the bank.
