Description:
1. The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan up to PLN 1,000,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Gizaki Municipality. 1) Method of disbursing the loan: a) loan disbursed in a maximum of two tranches to the indicated account banking budget of the Gizaki Municipality by executing the instruction to disburse the loan by the Ordering Party. b) the final deadline for using the loan is December 21, 2026, c) the loan funds may not be used in full amount, d) the Ordering Party you will be entitled to submit a written declaration of resignation from partial or complete use of the loan, e) the Ordering Party does not provide for any commission on granting the loan, f) the Ordering Party does not bear any fees and commissions for the unused loan amount.2) Loan period from the date of loan disbursement to January 31, 2033.3) Loan interest rate according to the variable WIBOR 3M base rate determined on the last day of the month preceding the interest period, increased by the bank's fixed margin.4) For the purposes of evaluating the offers, it is assumed that e WIBOR 3M is 4.10%, the loan will be disbursed on January 10, 2026. 5) Repayment of capital according to the price form (starting...
