Granting and servicing a long -term loan up to PLN 15,000,000 to finance the planned Pleszew city and commune budget deficit and for repayment
1) the subject of the contract is the granting and service of a long -term loan to finance the planned budget deficit of the city and commune of Pleszew and to pay the previously taken loans and loans' liabilities.
2) loan amount: up to PLN 15,000,000.00 (in words: fifteen million PLN).
3) Loan period: from the date of launch of the loan to 10.01.2034 (i.e. to the date of repayment of the last interest installment).
4) The loan repayment will take place quarterly with consideration Carantes in the loan repayment - capital repayment will take place from 31.03.2027.
5) interest will take place in a monthly period, with the payment of the first interest installment on 10.01.2026.
6) The cost of serving the loan is:
a) the interest rate on the loan to which he submits myself:
• Base rate - variable interest rate calculated for each interest period based on the interest rate of bank deposits -Wibor 1m,
