Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service of granting and servicing a long -term bank loan up to PLN 3,000,000.00 (three million PLN) to finance the planned deficit of the Resko commune up to PLN 369,042.86 and repaymentand loans up to PLN 2,630 957.14. The period of use of the loan by December 31, 2025
2. Caranty in the repayment of capital installments until December 31, 2028
3. The loan repayment repayment rate: from 01.01.2029 to 31.12.2035 in monthly installments:
1) 2029: 12 installments after PLN 1,000.00 = PLN 12,000.00
2) 2030 year: 12 installments for PLN 1,000.00 = PLN 12,000.00
3) 2031 year: 12 installments for PLN 1,000.00 = PLN 12,000.00
4) 2032 year: 12 installments for PLN 1,000.00 = PLN 12,000.00
5) 2033 year: 12 installments each PLN 1,000.00 = PLN 12,000.00
6) 2034 year: 12 installments for PLN 120,000.00 = PLN 1,440,000 PLN 125,000.00 =PLN 1,500,000.00
