Description:
Basic data about the loan:
1) method of disbursing the loan: loan disbursed in 2 tranches:
a) April 30, 2024 PLN 3,000,000.00
b)September 30, 2024 PLN 2,200,000.00
to the indicated bank account of the Włoszakowice Commune.
2) Loan period: from April 30, 2024 to July 10, 2031 (i.e. from the date of disbursement of the loan trancheu until the date of repayment of the last interest installment),
3) Grace period in capital repayment: capital repayment will take place starting from December 31, 2025,
4) Loan repayment period: capital repayment in accordance with the table included in Chapter III of the SWZ,
5) Method interest payments:
•interest payable quarterly,
•payment of interest installmentsch will be as follows:
- quarterly by the 10th day of the month following the end of the quarter (i.e. by January 10, April 10, July 10 and October 10, with the proviso that if it is a holiday, Sunday or non-working day, the payment will be made on the first business day after that date,
•firstThe first repayment of interest installments will take place on July 10, 2024. and will apply to interest accrued until June 30, 2024
6) loan servicing costs (Co's offer price) constitute:
• preparation fee: the Ordering Party allows the banks participating in the proceedings, hereinafter referred to as Contractors, to usepreparatory period (Pp),
