Description:
1. The subject of this order is the granting and servicing of a long-term PLN loan in the amount of PLN 2,600,000.00 (in words: two million six hundred thousand zlotys 00/100) to finance the planned budget deficit in 2025)2. Bank loan in the amount of PLN 2,600,000.00. 3. Loan period from conclusion credit agreement until September 23, 2036.4. One-time loan execution within a minimum period of time. 1 day, max. 3 business days from the date of signing the contract, after submitting a written instruction. The estimated date of disbursement of the loan is December 23, 20255. Grace period for payment of capital installments of the loan until December 22, 20266. Loan default from taking out the loan until September 23, 2036. 7. Payment of interest on the loan in monthly periods after concluding the loan agreement. 8. The actual calendar should be used to calculate interest.9. The capital installment payment plan is attached as Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ.10.
