Description:
Described in the Terms of Reference (SWZ). 1. Subject matter of the order 1) The subject of the order, to which the contractor selected in this procedure will be obliged to perform, is to grant and service a long-term loan in PLN in the amount of PLN 6,000,000 (in words: six million zlotys) intended for to finance the deficit planned in 2025 in the amount of PLN 6,000,000, in accordance with the parameters and conditions specified by the Ordering Party. 2) Referring to Art. 212 section 2 point 1 of the Act of August 27, 2009 on public finances, the loan amount along with the appropriate authorization for the President of the City of Owicim to obtain it are included in point 1 of point 5 of Resolution No. XIX/294/25 of the Owicim City Council of October 29, 2025 amending the Budget Resolution of the City of Owicim for 2025 No. IX/115/24 of the Owicim City Council of December 19, 20242.
