- 1) The subject of the order is the service of granting and servicing a long-term loan in PLN in accordance with applicable law (Act of August 29, 1997, Banking Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1646, as amended)2) Long-term loan intended to finance the budget deficit 2024.3) Loan amount: PLN 3,000,000.00 (in words: three million zlotys).4) Loan period: from the disbursement of the first tranche of the loan until December 31, 2032.5) The loan should be disbursed by the Contractor in one tranche on December 12, 2025.6) Grace period in the repayment of capital installments until March 31, 2026.
