Description:
The subject of the order is the granting by an entity operating under Polish banking law of a long-term loan in PLN in the amount of up to PLN 2,000,000.00 (in words: two million zlotys 00/100).1. The loan will be used to finance the planned budget deficit and repayment in advance credits and loans taken out.2. The scope of the subject of the order includes granting a loan of up to PLN 2,000,000.00 paid in one tranche: The first tranche in the amount of PLN 2,000,000.00, in the fourth quarter of 2024 (until December 29, 2025).3. The loan will be taken out and repaid in Polish zlotys (PLN), and in the event of Poland's entry into the EURO zone, the loan will be converted without additional fees.4. The loan will be repaid in the years 2026-2034.5. Planned grace period for capital payment until March 30, 20266. The loan will be repaid in the period from March 31, 2026 to March 31, 2034, in the following amounts: March 31, 2026 - PLN 100,000.00; March 31, 2027 - PLN 100,000.00; March 31, 2028 - PLN 100,000.00; March 31, 2029 - PLN 100,000.00; March 31, 2030 - PLN 100,000.00; March 31, 2031 - PLN 150,000.00; May 31, 2031 - PLN 150,000.00; March 31, 2032 - PLN 250,000.00; 31....
