Description:
1. Description of the subject of the contract:
1) the subject of the contract is the granting and service of a long -term loan to pay off the previously loan and for a deficit of PLN 11,900,000.00;
2) interest rate: variables;
3) Base rate to set interest rates:
a) to the offer: at the rate WIBOR 1M of 18.06.2025 + bank margin (in the case of statutory liquidation of the WIBOR indicator, it will be the indicator indicated by the legislator);
