Description:
1. The subject of the order is to grant the commune-city of Grudzidz a short-term obligation in the form of a credit or loan up to the amount of PLN 60,000,000.00 (say: sixty million zlotys) on the basis of a revolving credit line, to cover the temporary budget deficit occurring during 2026 commune-city of Grudzidz.2. The liability will be repaid by December 31, 20263. The interest rate on the loan or borrowing is at the variable WIBOR 1M rate quoted on the last day of the month preceding the beginning of the next monthly accounting period, plus a margin for the Contractor.
