Description:
The subject of the contract is to grant the commune of Władysławowo a long-term loan in PLN up to the amount of PLN 31,591,125.00 (thirty-one million five hundred and ninety-one thousand one hundred and twenty-five zlotys) to cover the planned budget deficit of the commune of Władysławowo. The credit will bedesignated for financing and refinancing of investment tasks in accordance with Annex No. 3 to Resolution No. LX/1016/2022 of the Władysławowo City Council of December 28, 2022. Loan parameters: 1) maximum loan amount PLN 31,591,125.00 (in words: thirty one million five hundred and ninetyone thousand one hundred and twenty five zlotys), 2) repayment of the loan in the years 2024 - 2034 (repayment of capital installments), 3) grace period for the repayment of capital installments until December 31, 2023, 4) the loan will be disbursed, i.e. made available to the Employer in tranches , maximum within 5 working days from the date of depositrequest by the Employer
