The subject of the contract is: "Granting to the Czersk commune a bank loan in the amount of 11,500,000 PLN to pay off liabilities in 2025 resulting from loans in the amount of PLN 3,490,000 and to cover the planned deficit in the amount of PLN 8.010,000. "
1. The contractor will grant the contracting authority a loan in the Polish currency in the amount of PLN 11,500,000 (in words: eleven million five hundred thousand) to conditions specified in the loan agreement.
2. The landlord will allocate funds from the loan to repay the liabilities arising from the loans taken out in 2025 and to cover the planned deficit in accordance with art. 89 para. 1 points 2 and 3 of the Act of 27 August 2009 on public finance (i.e. U. from 2024, item 1530 as amended).
3. The order of the contract should be carried out within 31.12.2025, while the loan will be granted for the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.07.2042.
4. The Contractor will put the credit funds at the disposal of the loan on the day of signing the contract.
5. The Contractor will start all tranches of the loan in accordance with the disposition of the Ordering Party without calculating the commission on the unused part of the loan.
6. The Contractor will launch the loan funds in the amount and dates indicated by the Ordering Party in the dispositions submitted to the Contractor, without submitting a separate loan application subject to consideration.
7. The state of use of the loan expires on 31.12.2025.
