Description:
1. Subject of the order:
a) Subject of the order: granting a long-term loan for the total amount of PLN 13,247,669.05 (in words: thirteen million two hundred forty-seven thousand six hundred sixty-nine zlotys 05/100) intended to finance the planned budget deficit and repayment of liabilities arising from previously incurred loans
b) Expected loan repayment date: September 30, 2048.
c) The loan will be repaid in installments quarterly, payable by the last day of the month closing the quarter. If the repayment date falls on a Saturday or a public holiday of work, the repayment date is the next business day after that day.

Starting date of repayment of capital installments - March 2026.
