- The subject of the order is to grant a loan to finance the planned budget deficit of a local government unit in the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00 (in words: three million zlotys) in accordance with Resolution No. XXIII/239/25 of the City Council in Kolbuszowa of October 29, 2025. regarding taking out a loan in bank selected through a tender to finance the planned budget deficit of a local government unit. Detailed conditions for granting and repaying the loan: a) Loan currency: PLNb) Planned loan period from the loan launch to December 31, 2035. c) Interest repayment in quarterly periods for based on the Bank's notification. d) Interest on the loan will be charged for a full quarter on the actually used loan amount. Interest on the loan will be accrued quarterly and payable quarterly on the last business day of each quarter or by the 7th day of the next quarter starting from first quarter of loan disbursement.
