Description:
The subject of the order is to grant a loan to repay previously incurred liabilities under credits and loans in the amount of PLN 1,950,000.00. The detailed scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: 2.1. Loan disbursement date: December 31, 2025. 2.2. Pays capital installments quarterly starting from March 31, 2027 to December 31, 2034. Amount of capital installments: 32 installments of PLN 60,937.50 each (if the payment deadline falls on a non-working day, the next business day is deemed to have met the deadline). 2.3. Loan interest payment monthly (on the last day of the month) starting from the month in which loan tranche was launched. The Bank will inform the Ordering Party in writing (e.g. e-mail) about the amount of interest to be paid on the used part of the loan, at least 5 days before the payment date. If the payment deadline falls on a non-working day, the next business day is deemed to have met the deadline. 2.4. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use all or part of the planned loan without incurring additional fees. 2.5.
