Description:
1. Granting a loan by the Bank to the Środa Śląska County to finance the planned budget deficit of the Środa Śląska County in 2025 and to repay previously incurred liabilities, in the amount of PLN 3,500,000.00 (in words: three million five hundred thousand zlotys 00/100).
2.The credit can be used to finance the planned budget deficit in 2025 and to repay previously incurred liabilities.
3.The loan will be made available the Ordering Party in the period from signing the contract within the period specified in the offer (in point 2 of Annex No. 1). The loan will be made available through disposable loan disbursement or in tranches, depending on the Ordering Party's needs, without charging any fees.
4. The condition for making the loan available to the Borrower is the establishment of legal security for the repayment of the loan in the form of a blank bill of exchange together with a bill of exchange declaration.
5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to: the right to resign from taking out a loan without incurring additional costs in this respect.
6. The Bank will open a credit account for the Borrower no later than on the day of concluding the agreement and will maintain it free of charge during the execution of the agreement.
7.The required funds will be transferred to the basic account at the bank maintaining the District's current account.
8. The Bank will not charge commissions and fees: - for transferring funds to the Ordering Party's account - for early repayment of the loan or its part - for changes to the contract.
9.The credit may be partially unused.
