Description:
The subject of the contract is: granting a long -term bank loan up to PLN 7,956,911.86 in 2025, meeting NW. requirements:
1. Amount granted loan: up to PLN 7,956,911.86 (in words: seven million nine hundred fifty -six thousand nine hundred eleven PLN 86/100) intended to finance the planned budget deficit this year and repayment of previously incurred loans and loans liabilities.
2. The loan will be allocated to the payment of future or costs already incurred.
3. It is required to provide a loan from day of conclusion of the contract. The loan will be paid in the tranche based on the disposal of the tranches.
4. Estimated height and dates for launching tranches:
1) 01.10.2025 - up to PLN 4,000,000.00,
2) 19.12.2025 - up to PLN 3,956,911.86.
5. The contracting authority reserves the right Changes in the amount of tranches paid, the amount of loan tranches and the date of their launch without incurring additional fees and commissions.
6. Method of launching funds - to the bank account of the Ordering Party.
7. The loan should be granted based on the variable reference rate WIBOR 3M enlarged by a fixed bank margin.
8. The Purchaser does not provide for the possibility of calculating a commission for granting a loan.
9. Loan period - until December 31, 2014.
