granting a long -term bank loan in the amount of PLN 4,000,000.00 with the purpose offinancing of the planned deficit and repayment of the obligations taken out in the years of the emission of securities and the loans taken out
1. The subject of the contract is "granting a long -term bank loan in the amount of PLN 4,000,000.00 for financingplanned deficit and repayment of the obligations taken out in the years of the issue of securities and loans ", under the following conditions.
1) loan in the amount of PLN 4,000,000.00 (four million zlotys),
2) loan in PLN,
3) Loan period: 2025-2040
4) periodrepayment of capital November 2036 - November 2040,
5) The loan will be charged with tranches from the date of signing the contract to November 30, 2025,
6) determining the loan tranches and the date of setting the funds to the contracting authority will take place by submitting the demand by the contracting authorityfor funds
within 2 business days before putting the funds at the disposal of the Employer,
7) the dispositions of starting tranches may be submitted on the formula specified by the bank,
8) the repayment of the loan's capital installments will be made at the following dates and amounts:
- by November 30, 2036 in the amountPLN 800,000.00- by November 30, 2037 in the amount of PLN 800,000.00
- by November 30, 2038 in the amount of PLN 800,000.00
