Description:
1. The loan will be disbursed in 2025 in a maximum of 2 tranches, depending on the ordering party's current demand for loan funds.
2. The deadline for using the loan is December 31, 2025.
3. Loan period from the date of conclusion of the loan agreement until December 30, 2033.
4. Contractor will open a credit account no later than on the day of concluding the credit agreement and will maintain it free of charge during its validity period.
5. The contractor will make loan funds available to the ordering party on the day the contract is signed.
6. The Contractor will release the loan funds in the amount and on the dates indicated by the ordering party in instructions submitted to the contractor, without submitting a separate credit application to be considered. The loan will be used until December 31, 2025 after a written instruction to disburse the loan to the Commune's account in a maximum of 2 tranches. Each tranche will be transferred to the ordering party within 2 business days of submitting a written instruction.
7. The loan will be paid to the ordering party's account indicated in the instruction referred to in point 6.
8. The Ordering Party has the right to use a loan in an amount lower than PLN 4,500,000.00 without incurring any additional costs (fees, commissions, etc.). Interest will not be charged on a loan granted but not yet disbursed. The minimum amount is PLN 3,000,000.00.
9. The ordering party has the right to submit a written declaration of resignation from further use of the loan.
