Description:
The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 5,044,852.27 for financing and refinancing investment tasks related to granting subsidies to entities belonging to the public finance sector:
1) targeted subsidy from the budget for financing or co-financingie costs of investment implementation and investment purchases of other units of the public finance sector for the investment task entitled "Construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path at DK 25 from Brzoza to Nowa Wieś Wielka", credit in the amount of PLN 1,100,000.00,
2) targeted subsidy transferred to the provincial government na investments and investment purchases carried out on the basis of agreements between local government units for the investment task entitled "Reconstruction and extension of the provincial road No. 254 Brzoza-Łabiszyn Barcin-Mogilno-Wylatowo (section Brzoza-Barcin). Section I from km 0 069 to km 13 280",credit in the amount of PLN 3,944,852.27.
